In order to implement the national implementation of the corn and soybean processing award policy, further promote the marketization reform of corn and soybean purchase and sales, guide diversified entities to actively enter the market and purchase, promote the processing and transformation of corn and soybean on-site, and alleviate farmers' “selling food difficulties”. Since 2018 From March 15th, Jilin Province took the lead in introducing subsidies for 2017 corn and soybean processing enterprises to purchase and process new corn and soybeans in the province in the three provinces and one region of the Northeast.

 

The Jilin Province's 2018 corn and soybean purchase subsidy policy has been announced. The amount of subsidy, the scope of subsidy and the size of the enterprise are as follows:

 

I. Subsidy time and standards:

 

Soybean: Jilin soybean processing enterprise subsidy is determined, the subsidy amount is 300 yuan / ton, the time is from March 15, 2018 to April 30, 2018, the acquisition and storage, and the processing is completed before June 30, 2018.

 

Corn: Jilin Province's subsidized corn deep-processing enterprises and compound feed enterprises actually purchase and process the 2017 consumption of newly-produced corn in the province for 100 yuan / ton purchase subsidy, from March 15, 2018 to April 30, 2018 Acquisition and storage, and processing completed before June 30, 2018.

 

Ii. Subsidies:

 

(1) Feed enterprises. The province's compound feed enterprises have normal production operations, obtained feed production licenses, grain purchase licenses, actual feed production of 50,000 tons or more in 2016, local procurement, self-built storage facilities, performance of statistical reporting obligations, and production.

 

(2) Soybean processing enterprises. Provincial production and operations are normal, food production licenses are obtained, annual soybean processing capacity of more than 5,000 tons, local procurement of soybeans produced in the province, self-built storage facilities, in-process food and non-staple food brewing soybean processing enterprises.
