With the rapid development of food machinery and equipment, the gap between the production technology level of soybean food in China and advanced countries such as Japan has gradually narrowed, and the production of various types of soybean products has achieved industrialization and scale. In terms of processing technology, while continuously improving the technology, the company uses UHT ultra-high temperature sterilization, homogenization technology, semi-dry pulping technology and other advanced technologies to make the product quality more stable.

 

From the perspective of processing equipment, the production of soy products from the beginning to the washing process, soaking beans, pulping, solidification to the final sterilization, packaging systems are all automatically controlled by computers, and the connections between the systems have also been automated. Not only enables the soybean product production process to achieve standardized production line control, improves the quality and safety of soybean products, but also greatly reduces the degree of human control on the final product quality, and greatly reduces the labor intensity of employees, at the same time Environmental protection and energy saving have also been achieved. In May of this year, China ’s self-developed fully-automated tofu production line was successfully exported to Spain. Through this production line, tofu production from soybean soaking to boxing-pre-cooling and sterilization was fully automated, without any manual involvement.
